Rachel Velis Knorr

Please welcome our newest team member, Rachel Velis Knorr! Rachel is our new Office Coordinator, and will also provide part-time Health Coverage Guide assistance for county residents.

About Rachel
Rachel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California before making the move to Grand County, Colorado, where she lives with her husband and son. Rachel joined the Grand County Rural Health Network team in May of 2021. She has always had a strong sense of community and enjoys volunteering for The Grand Foundation as well as being a committee member for The Brammer Family Fund. She has an extensive background in customer service, experience working as a dispatcher with Grand County Sheriff’s Office, and a degree in Animal Science. She is an avid baseball/hockey/football fan, and she loves to cook for others to help them feel better. Rachel’s hope is to make a difference wherever she lives and is focused on making the world that we live in a better place.

We also want to thank Summit County’s Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) for helping our community with health coverage needs this year. We appreciate FIRC’s support!
