Community Health Promotor/a

Are you passionate about making a difference in the health and well-being of the Spanish-speaking community? We are seeking a dedicated Community Health Promotor/a to join our team and serve as a beacon of health education and resource connection. This dynamic role involves a blend of outreach, education, care coordination, health coverage assistance, and advocacy to ensure our community members are well-informed and supported.
