Meet the Health Coverage Guide Team

With Open Enrollment kicking off November 1st, we’d like to hit the pause button and introduce you to our fabulous Health Coverage Guide Team!

Pamela Flor-Stout

Newest HCG team member. I have been in the county for 14 years and work with customers in the tourism industry all those years. I speak Spanish and Portuguese, so I am very excited to help any Grand County folks including our Hispanic population. As an immigrant from Paraguay, I have lived through the joys and obstacles that an immigrant might carry. I feel so grateful to be part of this Grand community and reside in this side of the world which I called our little piece of Heaven.

Kim Long

I have returned to the Network and am now entering the ninth Colorado Insurance Marketplace Open Enrollment Period, functioning as a Health Coverage Guide.

I am a Grand County Native, born in Kremmling, when that was possible! I spent my Wonder Years in Granby, then spent many years I wonder about in the Fraser Valley. I prefer to just be at home, with my wife, Mary, and Rocky, our cat. I’ve got plenty to do there, year around, but I wander out on a weekly basis to practice with The Grand Chorale, and perform with them every chance I get. I also frequently join the Hum and Strum sessions with the Grand Lake Folk Music Society. I’ve been known to Volunteer for the American Red Cross, on occasion, as well.

Rachel Velis Knorr

I wear two hats at the Network, Office Coordinator and part-time Health Coverage Guide with several years of Customer Service experience. I’m looking forward to working and being a part of our community. In my free time, I enjoy working on my podcast and cooking for my family and friends.
