Give a High Five for Health

September 28th – October 8th, 2026
Celebrating 25 Years of Real Connections. Real Impact.

This year proudly marks 25 years of strengthening community health, bringing people together, and ensuring access to vital resources for all our neighbors. To honor this milestone, we invite you to join our celebration as a Gratitude for Grand event sponsor and invest in the programs our neighbors depend on.

As a sponsor of the 7th Annual Gratitude for Grand Fundraiser, you are not only supporting an event – you are investing in a legacy of impact and helping shape the next 25 years of community well-being. Gratitude for Grand is a celebration of the partnerships, people, and shared commitment that make our work possible. It is where real connections are built, and real impact begins.

We’re Seeking Sponsors!

Become a Sponsor and help expand access to care across our community!

Your support helps ensure our neighbors can access healthcare, connect with community resources, navigate complex systems, and find support when they need it most. Many of those impacted may be your neighbors, colleagues, or customers. Our work is only possible because of partners like you who support the well-being of our community.

As a Gratitude for Grand Sponsor, your business will receive meaningful recognition – from marketing visibility to event participation – while demonstrating your commitment to community health. Various sponsorship levels and benefits are available to accommodate all businesses and budgets.
