GCRHN In-Person Outreach at Middle Park Health – Kremmling Campus

Grand County Rural Health Network will have in-person outreach at the three Middle Park Health locations throughout the month. On the last Monday of each month, Stevie Kitterman, our Prevention & Recovery Manager, will be at the MPH – Kremmling Clinic.
