Donate and Give a High Five!
Our 7th Annual Gratitude for Grand fundraiser is happening starting September 28, and will run through October 8. We’re excited to celebrate our 25th Anniversary with you!
When you donate, you’ll have the opportunity to give a High Five to an individual or business making a positive difference in our community. We’ll share your kind words with each recipient and send them a special High Five certificate.
Who do YOU know that’s making a difference? We hope that you will consider giving them a High Five by making a donation to Grand County Rural Health Network.
