We are a nonprofit health alliance based in Grand County, Colorado, focused on health equity.We strive to ensure that everyone in our community has what they need to thrive and be healthy. We do that by working in partnership to advocate for and support the health of our community.

How our Fundraiser Works
Each donation you make to Grand County Rural Health Network lets you ‘Give a High Five for Health’ to a deserving recipient. This is your chance to recognize and celebrate the many people and organizations in Grand County that help us all thrive and be healthy! Every High Five also generates much-needed funds to help us continue to provide access, resources, and support for all our Grand County neighbors.
Why are we having this fundraiser?
Our organization’s mission is we work in partnership to advocate for and support the health of our community, and this fundraiser is an exciting opportunity to put our mission in action! This unique event supports our individual and community mental health while creating an exciting ripple effect of practicing gratitude for others in our community.
How does your donation support your Grand County neighbors?
- $300 supports at least two mental health therapy visits
- $600 supports at least three well-child exams
- $1,000 supports a full intake with a patient navigator, assessing barriers to health and available resources and care options
- $1,500 supports at least three ACHES dental vouchers
- $2,500 supports approximately one month of health coverage guide services
- $5,000 contributes to our local behavioral health systems change initiative
