Community IMPACT Team meeting at the Fraser Library

The Grand County Rural Health Network’s Community IMPACT Team is a group of passionate Grand County residents working to address important issues facing our community. All are welcome to join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm. Our meeting is open to the public.

Our current focus areas are affordable housing, behavioral health (including substance use and suicide prevention), and preventive health. We invite you to come to our monthly meetings and be a part of the change in our community.

We rotate the locations of our meetings around the county and this month’s meeting is at the Fraser Library.
