
KC Rose
KC is a registered nurse with Grand County Public Health in the role of the child care health consultant. KC also cooks and presents for the senior nutrition lunch and learn program at the libraries, and is lead for the State Tobacco Education, Prevention and Partners grant program.
On her days off from Public Health, KC works for Namaste Hospice and as a Mayo Clinic certified health and wellness coach.
In addition to her work, she enjoys her herd of 4 mules, hiking with her two rescue puppies, kayaking, gardening, recipe development and healthy cooking.

The Rotary Club of Granby’s mission statement is:

The Rotary Club of Granby has supported the community of Granby since 1986 by volunteering and raising funds for grants. Fundraising activities include the 4th of July Party in the Park and the concession stand at the Flying Heels Rodeo.

Jubil Young
Originally from Iowa, Jubil attended undergraduate at Iowa State University and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2013. He has been with Middle Park Health since 2014 and has served the Director of Rehabilitation Services since 2017. True to his roots, Jubil has passion for rural healthcare and was drawn to practice in a rural community. He has been instrumental in improving access to therapy throughout the community and works closely with the area High Schools through Sports Medicine and the Homegrown Talent Initiative. Jubil says, “The best part about my position is seeing the positive impact my team makes in the health of our community.”
He is most happy spending time with his wife and young child exploring the rivers, lakes, and mountains in the county on foot, bike, skis, or raft.
