Saying Farewell to Kim Long

Join us in saying farewell and thank you to Kim Long, as today is his last day at GCRHN!

When Kim started as Health Coverage Guide 8 1/2 years ago, the uninsured rate in Grand County was approximately 27% for adults and 22% for children, which amounted to one fifth of Grand County residents. Throughout Kim’s tenure, the uninsured rate dropped as low as 9%!

Kim was an invaluable team member, an asset to our community, and leaves behind big shoes to fill. Look for another post this week about temporary Health Coverage Guide services for our county as we transition to a new Health Coverage Guide.

We will miss you Kim!
