DESCRIPTION:The Grand County Rural Health Network’s Community IMPACT Team is a group of passionate Grand County residents working to address important issues facing our community. All are welcome to join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm. Our meeting is open to the public. \nOur current focus areas are affordable housing\, behavioral health (including substance use and suicide prevention)\, and preventive health. We invite you to come to our monthly meetings and be a part of the change in our community. \nMeeting location varies monthly in different parts of the county\, and the meetings are also available on Zoom (see link below).
