DESCRIPTION:October 16th @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – FREE dinner provided\n\n\n\nThe Grand County Rural Health Network’s Community IMPACT Team is a group of passionate Grand County residents working to address important issues facing our community. All are welcome to join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm. Our meeting is open to the public. \nOur current focus areas are affordable housing\, behavioral health (including substance use and suicide prevention)\, and preventive health.
