DESCRIPTION:NO MEETING THIS MONTH! \nThe Grand County Rural Health Network’s Community Leader Group is a group of passionate Grand County residents working to address important issues facing our community. All are welcome to join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm; however\, there WILL NOT BE A MEETING IN SEPTEMBER. Our meetings are open to the public. \nOur current focus areas are affordable housing\, behavioral health (specifically suicide prevention)\, and preventive health. We invite you to come to our monthly meetings and be a part of the change in our community. \nMeeting location varies and is also available on Zoom.
